So I get home from bike tour and am now devoted to working full time at the bike shop. For some strange reason all Adam could talk about when I returned was wanting a grilled cheese sandwich and that we need a toaster oven in the shop. While buying said toaster oven remained a joke for a few weeks it is now our reality. Black and Decker "Toast R Oven" is now a permanent fixture in the shop right above the mini fridge and the archaic 5 disc c.d. changer that needs coaxing to play music.

My First

So they say there is a first time for everything right. Well, Grilled Cheese blog it is then. Tad and I are both huge fans of this simple yet decadent meal and after bike tour took it one step further, copying the "Cheesus Burger" concoction by The Grilled Cheese Grill and made the burger at home as our after bike tour victory meal.

Two Grilled Cheese sandwiches

One meat patty

any veggies or condoments you can come up with

your choice of beverage(tall cans of Hamm's in our case)
