So, yeah, it's been a little while since I posted. Moving to Oregon was time consuming, but I'm here and so is my 'puter and a fresh baby loaf in the fridge. Here is my first grilled cheese since residing in Oregon, oh, I mean paradise!

Somehow it tastes better when you live in the same state where your cheese is made.
